Penny Watson was a former dolphin trainer, lacrosse coach, romance novelist, flower designer, book reviewer, biology teacher, and horticultural researcher. 

She is a current mom, wife, gardener, cook, nature enthusiast, dachshund-wrangler, and advocate for simple living.

After spending 25 years in Boston dodging traffic, she is now happily ensconced in a small Rhode Island town just minutes from the ocean.

Other things about Penny: she is a heart attack survivor, an adoptive parent, and mildly addicted to horror movies.
